QUINOA CREAM
THE EARTH ELEMENT IN THE AYPA MYSTIC INKA BODY RITUAL
Aypa's quinoa cream is the fourth and final component in the Aypa body ritual. It's a rich and nourishing cream that is infused with olive oil and coupled with the fresh aroma and woodsy essence of Andean Palo Santo.
Quinoa was first cultivated 5000 years ago and one of the most common native plants in Andean culture. It has a high content of plant proteins, which include the 9 essential amino acids that benefit the body.
Palo Santo is a tree that grows in the dry forests of the coasts of South America. After the tree has been harvested, the wood is dried a produces this special essential oil which is distilled from the dried wood. and is spiritually known to purify and cleanse in healing rituals.
The quinoa cream itself offers me an ideal glide during massage to the back, arms and legs allowing me to go into deeper and more grounding work compared to the sacha inchi oil that is used in the previous step of the ritual (sacha inchi oil's application is light and flowing and is absorbed quickly into the skin, representing the AIR ELEMENT, quinoa cream offers a longer lasting application with a smooth, deeper, slower, grounding work, representing the EARTH ELEMENT)
This has been a wonderful and therapeutic addition to the service menu, offering full massage focus with the addition of the sensory component with the four
Aypa products.
Available in 75 or 90 minute sessions with a free 1oz bottle of Aypa's Sacha Inchi oil gift while supplies last.
